Media Sales Executive with French
Responsible for the sales performance of online ad sales originating from media agencies and clients in the UK across our European portfolio of media.
The Junior Media Sales Executive should have 2-3 years media sales experience, strong cold-calling techniques, excellent organizational skills and be highly motivated. The role requires regular contact with existing and prospective advertising decision makers, to develop an interest in our media. This will be both on the telephone and face to face, therefore strong communication and presentation skills are essential. You will be determined to bring in new business and maintain our existing portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate must be persistent and persuasive, with good attention to detail and the ability to strike up successful business relationships quickly with both UK agencies/clients and publishers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
ROLE TITLE Asset Assistant
REPORTS TO Asset & Studio Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
To manage cut out photography requirements and image content on the Product Content Management System (PCMS) ensuring adherence to image guidelines.
To process and record all artwork studio activity and be a point of contact for clients to the adherence of studio CPA timings.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure that all image ready for immediate publication is entered onto the Product Content Management System (PCMS) following the appropriate cycle and is signed off to the appropriate level. Also assist in gaining helpdesk assistance where necessary.
2. To assist in the development of processes and procedures for the ongoing maintenance and management of the Product Content Management System (PCMS), working closely with key colleagues in the Trading and Marketing teams in particular.
3. To assist the Asset & Studio Manager in processing artwork within the studio with the use of the Work In Progress (WIP) spreadsheet while ensuring all timing deadlines are met according to the studio CPA timings.
4. To communicate to the Asset & Studio Manager divergence of studio artwork activity from the CPA timings with the objective of managing studio resource to manage the change in resource requirements.
5. To communicate to the Asset & Studio Manager divergence of cut out photography activity from the CPA timings with the objective of managing changes in photography resource.
COMPLEXITY, PLANNING AND TIME SPANS
1. To manage continuous simultaneous multiple request for cut out photography
2. Produce monthly publication of exception reports for outstanding image or product information for the Product Content Management System (PCMS).
3. Assist in ensuring that all studio briefs from Marketing are received within the required timescales, with checks made at each stage for accuracy to the studio brief, prior to it being processed through the studio and/or handed back to the account manager or client.
4. Assisting art workers with troublesome briefs from Marketing and contacting the account manager for a solution.
5. Keeping the studio Work In Progress (WIP) spreadsheet up to date of all jobs that are coming in and going out, who’s worked on the job, who’s checked the job and when it has gone to the account manager and client.
6. Be the point of contact of user issues of Product Content Management System (PCMS) and to escalate the issue where necessary
7. To assist with testing of Product Content Management System (PCMS) software releases and escalate system and performance issues through to line manager for resolution.
What time spans does the role operate under
In general, time span for art working trafficking, cut out photography and Product Content Management System (PCMS) image maintenance spans from days to within the month.

Essential Preferred
Qualifications Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
Experience Production background working with a creative studio. Previous knowledge of Marketing and photography would be advantageous.

IT literate with Microsoft Office Package. Production background with a basic level of CS3 (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat) and QuarkXpress software packages.
